ECHA never shipped a standalone IUCLID 5 → 6 file converter, so legacy .i5z and
.i5a files are easy to get stuck with. We close that gap.
How it works
We run the real software, end to end, so the conversion is faithful:
- Your IUCLID 5 file is read and validated with the genuine IUCLID 5 engine.
- A headless IUCLID 6 imports it — ECHA’s own 5→6 structure mapping
auto-migrates the data — and exports a valid
.i6z. - You get the converted file back, with a short QA summary.
No GUI, no manual re-keying, and batch conversion for whole archives.
